I had the best experience possible with Dr. He quickly diagnosed my problem severe back pain which left me unable to sit, lie down, and sleep due to a herniated disc … My pain, which had been ongoing for a year, disappeared immediately after surgery. Simpson is the very best surgeon! After months of treatment from other providers, I finally met Dr. He recommended surgery and made it simple and the results are amazing.

Andrew simpson md texas back institute plano We believe that every person suffering from spine problems deserves the highest quality, least invasive, and most evidence-based spine care, and the opportunity to return rapidly to a life without pain or limitations. Arthroscopy has been utilized in knee and shoulder surgery for several decades, but the more challenging anatomy of the spine has prevented the application of these scope procedures to spinal surgery. The development of microendoscopic spine surgery spinal surgery performed through a scope and tube has occurred over the last decade predominantly in East Asia and Europe. There is a vast amount of scientific evidence for the benefit of microendoscopic spine surgery, with superior patient outcomes, improved patient safety, lower complication rates, and rapid recovery and return to life. His philosophy and techniques are a culmination of his experiences with these master spine surgeons.
